Anti Corruption Commission (KPK) check the Constitutional Court Judge Anwar Usman

The deputy chairman of the Constitutional Court (MK), Anwar Usman, was examined by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Anwar will be asked for his description for the suspect Patrialis Akbar, on this day, Tuesday (14/2/2017).

In addition to Anwar, a judge at the MK Wahiduddin Adams, also entered into an anti-corruption investigation examination schedule. Both are examined in connection with the case of alleged bribery of judicial review ACT No. 41 of 2014 about livestock and animal health.

"Both are examined as witnesses for the suspect PAK (Patrialis Akbar)," said KPK spokesman, Febri Diansyah, when confirmed, Tuesday (14/2/2017).

In addition to Patrialis Akbar, KPK also set the status of suspects to Kamaludin, allegedly as intermediary bribery; Imported meat entrepreneurs, Basuki Hariman; and secretary of Basuki Hariman, NG Fenny.

In addition to securing four suspects, the KPK's team of Satgas also managed to confiscate several evidences of hand-catching operations (OTT) on Wednesday 25 January 2017 in three different locations in the Jakarta area.

The evidence is a bookkeeping document by Basuki Hariman, a foreign currency purchase voucher, and a draft case of No. 129.

For his deeds, Patrialis and Kamaludin in breach of article 12c or article 11 of the Law (UU) No. 31 of 1999 on Corruption Criminal Eradication (Tipikor) as amended ACT No. 20 year 2001 Juncto Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st penal CODE.

As for Basuki and Fenny alleged to be a bribe, KPK ensnares with article 6 paragraph (1) letter A or article 13 of the act of eradication of corruption (Tipikor) juncto Article 55 subsection (1) to 1 CRIMINAL code.
